As if anyone had any doubts, Justin Hartley and Chrissy Metz brought their Pearson pride to The $100,000 Pyramid and earned their contestants some cash.

Clues: Cry like babies. Laugh through the hardest parts of life. Swoon because they are just so lovable. Answer: Things the cast of This Is Us can make us do — especially when Justin Hartley and Chrissy Metz drop by ABC’s The $100,000 Pyramid for some Sunday night fun. However, they left their tear-inducing tendencies at home and came armed with Pearson pride.
Ahead of the upcoming second season of This Is Us, the cast has been working the promotional circuit. Whether that means slipping plot hints on late night talk shows or waxing poetic about fatherhood, the Pearson 5 have found new and inventive ways to make us love them that don’t include wringing our tear ducts dry. When Justin Hartley and Chrissy Metz appeared on ABC’s hit game show reboot The $100,000 Pyramid, they were in it to win it and walked away with victories under their belts. But it all began with a little friendly sibling rivalry that’s so unlike Kate and Kevin.
Before the show kicked off on Sunday night, the pair engaged in playful smack talk in a video on the official Pyramid Twitter account. “I don’t wanna upset you, but I’m gonna win,” Chrissy tells Justin. But Justin fires back, “Oh, I know. I’m gonna let you win.” Even off screen, they fight like brother and sister. Could they be any cuter?

And as it turns out, Justin Hartley and Chrissy Metz aren’t too shabby at The $100,000 Pyramid. Later on in the episode, Justin competed with his contestant in the winner’s circle and fired off answer after answer. Was it enough to take home the grand prize?
