This Is Us may not be airing new episodes each week, but Sterling K. Brown shared that they are still filming and teased a bit about their upcoming Superbowl episode.

If your show gets picked up for an episode on the same night as the Superbowl, then you know this is going to be an episode you don’t want to miss. The Hollywood Reporter got a chance to talk to Sterling K. Brown and get a few spoilers about what is going to happen on this episode, even though he didn’t share much.

Right now they are actually filming this episode, but they are doing everything they can to keep the spoilers from coming out. This will be Season 2 Episode 14 and will air on the same night as the Superbowl.

He explained that the cast has to bring their scripts with them when they film and are not allowed to let them out of their site. They don’t want to take any chances of what is going to happen in this episode being spoiled. Sterling K. Brown shared a bit more.

"“It is written by [showrunner/series creator] Dan Fogelman. It is the best episode of the season. I can’t wait for everyone to see it because it’s probably one of the most cinematic pieces of television that I’ve ever read. I think Dan Fogelman wrote an hourlong movie for NBC and I think he’s going to win some stuff for it.”"

This Is Us will return with new episodes in January of 2018. The Superbowl episode will air on February 4, 2018, and this is one that you do not want to miss.
