When This Is Us closes out its second season, expect to learn more about Deja and watch Kate and Toby get married. Get your Pearson spoilers!

Ahead of This Is Us’ grand return to Tuesday nights on Feb. 27, information about the big comeback episode, “Vegas, Baby,” has begun trickling out. But vicious rumors of more tragedy and small bits of what to expect from Season 2, Episode 16 aren’t the only pieces of news getting fans excited for the last three episodes.

This Is Us creator Dan Fogelman spoke with Entertainment Weekly about what’s coming down the pipeline in the final trio of episodes of Season 2. Although he didn’t touch on the speculation surrounding Beth’s mortality (or even Randall’s for that matter), Fogelman dropped just enough tidbits to set our minds running wild. Here’s the three best secrets our fearless leader spilled!

1. Deja’s getting her own episode.

Leave it to This Is Us to continue testing the limits of dramatic storytelling. Like its very special bottle episode “The Big Day” from Season 1, which followed Dr. K and fireman Joe on the lead-up to the birth of the Big Three, we’ll break from the story to learn more about a supporting character. This time, it’s Deja’s turn to get the bottle episode treatment.

2. Kate and Toby’s wedding is on! But…

It’s a no brainer that we’re gearing up for Kate and Toby’s wedding after the Season 2, Episode 16 photos found the couple hitting Las Vegas for their bachelor-bachelorette parties. Fogelman confirms that the season is building toward a “big, moving family event.” He claims that event is “presumably” Kate’s wedding, which leaves us to wonder: What does “presumably” mean?

3. Vietnam’s on the docket.

Of course, Fogelman couldn’t make it through a preview of the final three episodes without discussing most This Is Us fans’ favorite subject: Jack Pearson. Once again, the creator confirms that Jack will very much remain a focal part of the series, and that we’ll begin to unlock his many mysteries as we tag along with him in Vietnam. We might even see him in the present day.
