The cast and crew of This Is Us headed to SXSW in Austin, Texas to talk all things Pearson, and you can watch their entire panel right now!

If there’s one undying truth about This Is Us fans, it’s that they can’t stop talking about their beloved Pearsons. Not to mention, they can’t get enough of the talented actors who embody the Pearsons. Every news blast, every rumor, and every Instagram story is another opportunity to celebrate the series that stole the world’s heart. Imagine how fans will react to a 55-minute panel of the cast and crew at SXSW.

Over the past few years, SXSW has grown its scope to include all interactive forms of media, including film, music, and now television (among other entities). This year, This Is Us founds itself lucky enough to promote its highly anticipated Season 2 finale (though is there any episode of This Is Us that isn’t highly anticipated?) at the annual conference and festival. In the midst of the promotional blitz, the stars shared a few secrets along the way.

Milo Ventimiglia, Mandy Moore, and Justin Hartley were joined by series creator Dan Fogelman for a discussion about This Is Us that touched on everything from their Screen Actors Guild Award win to the pilot that could have starred Justin and Mandy as significant others. Fun fact: Mandy didn’t know she could have once kissed her future TV son!

The stars shared their favorite moments of the other (hint: someone picked that fight) and of course touched on the finale. But one of the brightest moments of the panel featured a conversation about the inclusivity and universality of This Is Us and its unifying factor. Fogelman reflected on the divisions occurring in our country, but somehow viewers from all walks of life fine a way to connect over the story of the Pearsons.
