Here’s when This Is Us fans can expect to learn new details about Season 3

Are you ready for more details about This Is Us Season 3? Luckily, the NBC upfronts are around the corner. Here’s everything you need to know!

While it’s only been a couple months since This Is Us signed off for the summer with its Season 2 finale, those months without the Pearsons feel like years to diehard fans. The sniffles of Tissue Tuesday have long since dried, leaving fans parched for any and all information about the upcoming third season. But when can we expect new details to drop?

On Monday, May 14, NBC will unveil its fall schedule during the annual upfront presentations, in which the networks present their upcoming slate of programming to advertisers. Each year, the networks reliably include announcements regarding the tough decisions they have had to make, including cancellations and scheduling readjustments. With all things This Is Us kept close to the vest since March, we can expect some news about NBC’s crown jewel.

What could NBC network head and the cast and crew reveal amid the rush of panels, presentations, and press interviews? For starters, we could learn whether NBC has decided to preemptively renew This Is Us for a fourth season, as well as any pressing casting or scheduling news that might make for a decent headline.

Last year, NBC announced that This Is Us would be on the move to Thursday nights from its original home on Tuesdays before putting the hit series right back where it belongs. Will the network attempt another shuffle for the Pearsons in an effort to launch a new series? Odds are, This Is Us will stay put for the time being, and we have much better luck learning spoilers about Season 3. Keep your eyes on the NBC upfronts on May 14!
