It’s time to learn all about Kate and Marc’s questionable relationship. Here’s how to watch This Is Us Season 4, Episode 13 live.

This Is Us Season 4, Episode 13 will focus on Kate’s relationship with Marc, plus her struggling marriage with Toby in the present-day. This hour will serve as the conclusion to this season’s trilogy entitled, “A Hell of a Week.” As we’ve covered over the last few weeks, Part 1 covered Randall and his anxiety, while Part 2 focused on Kevin reuniting with Sophie.

Going into the “finale” of sorts, here’s what we can expect.

NBC’s official synopsis simply reads, “Kate finds strength in unexpected places.” We’re left to guess whether this strength is found in the flashbacks with Marc, in the present-day with Toby, or a little bit of both. The official promo (embedded down below) opens with Kate asking Toby if he can be the man she needs him to be.

We know Toby has struggled with Jack’s diagnosis as of late, which has opened up new issues for the couple including Toby’s CrossFit secret and Kate’s newfound friendship in their neighbor, Gregory. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like their issues are getting resolved anytime soon.

When Kate and Toby aren’t hashing out their problems, we’ll travel back in time to see how Kate handled her apparently toxic relationship with Marc. This is Kate’s first love, so she’s head over heels for this guy that no one really knows much about. In fact, Rebecca tells Kate in the promo that she doesn’t feel comfortable with Marc. And of course, Kate doesn’t care what her mother thinks.

However, the promo also reveals Kate and Marc will get into a big argument, which results in Kate being stranded after he kicks her out of the car This is likely where Rebecca, Kevin, and Randall will come to her rescue, or at least we’re hoping.
