If you’ve ever wondered what it’d be like to act alongside Sterling K. Brown, you may soon get the opportunity. Thanks to the #AllInChallenge, one This Is Us fan will have the opportunity to appear in a speaking role on Season 5 of This Is Us.

The #AllInChallenge is a nationwide digital initiative to raise money to feed those in need. During this novel coronavirus pandemic, the #AllInChallenge is aiming to provide meals to students who rely on school-provided meals, the elderly, and those who are currently unemployed.

Through the #AllInChallenge, sports, music, and entertainment figures have the chance to donate a once-in-a-lifetime experience to their fans. Sterling K. Brown announced the This Is Us cast’s contribution to the challenge in a video posted to his official Twitter account on Saturday.

More from This Is Us

To enter the sweepstakes, you must go to fanatics.com and make a donation of $10 or more (you can make a donation of up to $200 for a maximum of 200 entries per person). According to the All In Challenge website, the winner will receive:

  • 2-round trip coach class airline tickets to Los Angeles
  • A 3-night standard hotel accommodations and $100 in ride-share credit
  • A speaking role on Season 5 of This Is Us
  • Breakfast, lunch, or dinner with you, one guest, and the cast and crew that are on set that day
  • A VIP makeover (hair, makeup, and wardrobe) before filming begins

In the video, Brown encourages people to donate by suggesting scenes that This Is Us fans might find themselves in:

"“Maybe you get a chance to come in and talk to Congressman Pearson. Maybe you’ll be back in the past with dad Jack Pearson, who knows? You could be a love interest for Kevin Pearson, God knows, he has a lot of them.”"

According to Brown, 100% of all the proceeds will go to the charities Feeding America, World Central Kitchen, America’s Food Fund, No Kid Hungry, and Meals on Wheels. Brown closed out the video with a call to action:

"“We want you to come out; support feeding those who need it right now in the midst of this pandemic. God knows we could all use some goodwill.”"

Brown’s co-star Mandy Moore also took to Twitter to encourage This Is Us fans to enter the sweepstakes. In a video posted to her own Twitter account, she called the prize “an incredible opportunity” and the fundraiser itself ” a more incredible opportunity to step up and help people in need.”

Last month, Moore joined Cameo to raise money for No Kid Hungry, which provides meals to students during the school year and summer months. Within just three days of joining the site, Moore and her fans had raised almost $9,000 for the organization.

We’re glad to see that during this difficult time, the This Is Us cast is stepping up to provide free meals and lasting memories for those that need them the most. Just as well, it’s your opportunity to make a difference in someone else’s life, and who knows, if you win you might just be featured in one of our Season 5 episode recaps!
