Christina Milian shines in new trailer for Christmas rom-com Meet Me Next Christmas

We can't believe 2024 is almost over. It's been an incredible year for the romance genre so far, with so many great romance movies being released in theaters and on streaming services. But the year isn't quite over yet, and there's still so much more romantic content left to come out.

In fact, we still have Netflix's lineup of new Christmas romance movies that will be released soon. One of those heartwarming films is the upcoming Christmas rom-com Meet Me Next Christmas starring Christina Milian.

Since the movie is slated to drop very soon, the streaming giant decided to drop the official trailer today. Check it out right below!

In Meet Me Next Christmas, we follow Layla, a hopeful romantic who meets the man of her dreams, James, while sitting in the airport on Christmas Day. They get to know one another and really hit it off, but they eventually have to part ways. But before they go their separate ways, they come up with a deal that they'll meet each other again next Christmas at a Pentatonix concert.

Fast forward a year later, and Layla finds out that the concert is sold out. She refuses to give up, though, which leads her to hire Teddy, a personal ticket concierge, to help her secure tickets to the concert. But as they work together, Layla finds herself falling for him in the process. Who will Layla end up with in the end? James or Teddy? Find out by watching Meet Me Next Christmas when it lands on Netflix on Nov. 6!

Rusty Cundieff directed this Christmas romance film from a screenplay co-written by Camilla Rubis and Molly Haldeman. In addition, Mark Roberts signed on to produce with Milian, Simon Lythgoe, and Matt Code as executive producers.

Milian also stars in the leading role of Layla. This isn't the first Netflix movie she has starred in. Some of her projects on Netflix include the movies Falling Inn Love and Resort to Love. Joining her in the cast is Kofi Siriboe as James and Devale Ellis as Teddy. Tymika Tafari, Mitch Grassi, Scott Hoying, Kirstin Maldonado, Kevin Olusola, Matt Sallee, Kalen Allen, Nikki Duval, and Wesley French are also in the cast.
