Calling all romance enthusiasts! Prime Video just dropped a teaser for the upcoming British romantic drama film My Fault: London, and you must check it out below.
The heat is on in this steamy teaser trailer! Noah and Nick are caught in a whirlwind of desire, desperately trying to fight the intense chemistry between them. Will they give in to their burning attraction, or can they resist the heat? My Fault: London is scheduled to land on Amazon Prime Video on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2025. With Valentine's Day the next day, you now have something to watch with your significant other.
My Fault: London serves as a British film adaptation of the first book in Mercedes Ron's bestselling Culpables trilogy. That book is Culpa Mía (2017). This isn't the first time this book has been made into a movie. It was previously adapted into the Spanish romantic drama film My Fault (Culpa mía), which was released on Prime Video back in June 2023. A sequel titled Your Fault (Culpa tuya), which is based on the second book in the Culpables trilogy, is set to be released on Prime Video in December 2024.
If My Fault: London does well, we could possibly see a sequel in the future following the second novel. But for now, let's focus on the first movie. 42 is the production company behind My Fault: London. This is the same production company that was behind movies such as Night Teeth, The Weekend Away and The Silent Twins.
Dani Girdwood and Charlotte Fassler directed the film from a screenplay that was written by Melissa Osborne. In addition, Kari Hatfield, Alex de la Iglesia, Carolina Bang, and Domingo Gonzalez are executive producers of the movie.
Here's what the romantic drama film is about via Amazon MGM Studios:
"When Noah's mother, Ella, falls in love with the very wealthy William, the two move from America to London to live with William and his son Nick. Upon arrival, the 18-year-old Noah meets bad boy Nick, and there is an immediate attraction between the two. Noah spends the summer adjusting to her new life, making new friends from Nick’s various circles, and navigating a complicated relationship with him while they fight to keep the attraction at bay. But unbeknownst to Noah, her estranged father has been released from prison and starts tracking her every move. Noah will ultimately be forced to deal with her devastating past while falling in love for the first time."
Asha Banks, who is best known for starring as Cara Ward in the mystery thriller series A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, stars in the leading role of Noah. Matthew Broome, who many may know from his role as Guy Thwarte in the historical drama series The Buccaneers, plays Nick in the film.
Eve Macklin, Ray Fearon, Enva Lewis, Jason Flemyng, Kerim Hassan, Sam Buchanan, Amelia Kenworthy, and Harry Gilby also join Banks and Broome in the cast.
My Fault: London is headed to Amazon Prime Video on Feb. 13, 2025. Don't forget to save the date!
