Autumn at Apple Hill brings together two Hallmark favorites as Fall into Love lineup nears an end

Fall might have only just started, but Hallmark’s annual Fall into Love movie lineup is nearing its end as the network gears up for its annual Countdown to Christmas. But before the Countdown to Christmas officially begins, we’ve still got a few new fall movies coming our way and this weekend’s Fall into Love feature is one that fans won’t want to miss. 

Based on author Angie Ellington’s beloved book, Autumn at Apple Hill brings together Hallmark favorites Erin Cahill and Wes Brown in a rom-com that will have you reaching for the apple cider and a cozy blanket, and put you right in the mood for fall! 

At the heart of the film is Elise (Cahill), who is doing everything she can to keep her family’s inn afloat and keep her head above water after her divorce. The inn was passed down to her by her grandparents and it means everything to her, which is why when Luke (Brown), the CFO of a major hotel chain, makes his way to town and books a room at her inn, she’s not exactly sure what to make of the situation. 

Fearing he’s come to check out the inn with a desire to try to purchase it, Elise does everything she can to try to scare him away… that is until she realizes that he just might be the best person to help her make the needed repairs to restore the inn to all its former glory. Given this is Hallmark, I think we can all guess how their story might end but what we’re eager to see is just what brought Luke to town and how the pair’s unexpected love story will play out. 

If you’re somehow not already sold on the film, we’re pretty sure the trailer will help seal the deal as the chemistry between Cahill and Brown is off the charts!

I don’t know about you, but I’ll definitely be tuning in this Saturday night! And don’t worry! While the Fall into Love lineup is nearly complete, you can still look forward to one final fall movie after this weekend’s Autumn at Apple Hill as the lineup comes to a close on Oct. 12 with Haunted Wedding. The film promises to be the perfect closing chapter to this year’s Fall into Love slate and is a perfect pick ahead of Halloween.
